I almost wasted an entire bottle of soap because of this thing, It’s such an unbelievable, stupid mistake. It’s not even about the money or the lost soap; it’s the time it’s cost me, and the total lack of attention to detail before they sent it out. It’s one simple job—one job! Now, if you don’t want soap leaking everywhere, you have to fill the tank less than halfway, and you can’t even dare to move it, because soap just oozes out of the container. The pump is totally useless.

We put soap in, and when we press it, most of the soap squirts out the sides of the pump, with only a little coming out the spout. The gaskets don’t seem to function properly. I really like the design of this product line—I actually have a couple of them. The soap pump idea in this model is something I love, but the pump itself feels cheap, is fragile, and isn’t well integrated. It still works, though, and I’m keeping it because all the other features are top-notch.
