It’s definitely comfy—and perfect for phones. Just remember to inflate it after the flight attendant comes by to check that the trays are in the upright position (or if you’re in a hurry, hide it under your legs and inflate it beforehand).

I bought this because I struggle a lot with sleeping on planes—I get really uncomfortable and just can’t rest. I can’t even explain how much I love this pillow now that I can actually rest with it; it feels so good! This pillow was really good— the only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the material, which wasn’t the most comfortable. I wish it were thicker, or even fuzzy; my face started to feel a bit raw after a while, and a simple cloth texture would’ve been much nicer.

The only downside is that it’s tricky to use if the person in front of you reclines their seat. It takes up quite a bit of space, but it’s totally worth it. You can also prop it up near the window and lean on it that way—now I won’t travel without this!

This is a great concept in theory. However, in practice, the size forces an adult into an awkward forward-leaning position, craning the neck downward. A taller version would be much more suitable for adults. As it is currently designed, it would probably work very well for children.

I have decided to return this product due to a design flaw: it lacks a one-way valve (baffle) to retain air during inflation. This makes it impossible to inflate the pillow to a level that provides adequate support. While the concept is excellent, the absence of this crucial component means air escapes as quickly as it's blown in, rendering the product too difficult to use effectively.
